1. SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship our products to almost the whole of Singapore except for restricted areas (see below) or Internationally using Easyship. This means that you may choose your preferred courier company based on the competitive rates they offer. Please check shipping rates upon checkout. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out in 3-5 business days.

a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected. Free Shipping for local orders above S$100. Free Shipping for international orders above US$150.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options before checking out your items. We will advise you accordingly.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
We would ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
As we are handling natural, organic ingredients, we offer no refunds for your purchases.
However, any claims of damaged order or missing items must be received within 3 business days of receipt of package. You may email us or WhatsApp us your claims accompanied by pictures.
In case the following conditions are not met, BalmBeBee reserves the right to refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- packaging must include all original items.
- return package must include copy of the original invoice or sale receipt
Before returning the package you need to contact BalmBeBee by using the phone number listed below or e-mail email@example.com. Please mail your package in a traceable method to the address provided by us. We will bear the shipping costs.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. No refunds for paid and shipped purchases. See our Return policy.
